Project Storage

Project storage is a perk of subscribed membership. Any project being stored at Makerspace Adelaide must be approved by a Site Supervisor. You'll find the Site Supervisor listed on the “Today's Team” board in our front room. For Casual Users, project storage is unavailable and you will need to take your project home with you at the end of the day.

This system is in place to help manage projects and how long they are left on site.

As you can see, the parking permit has fields which will need to be filled in for use. Members must fill in:

  • Description of Property
  • Date Permit Created
  • Members Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Time Period
  • Tick “Agree to Terms Above” checkbox

The final field is used to show that a Site Supervisor has approved of this parking permit. Without this, the permit will be void and we may contact you to collect your project.

Parking Tickets may be issued for one of three reasons:

  1. If the project is stored incorrectly or in an unsafe manner
  2. If the parking permit has expired
  3. If a subscribed membership has lapsed

In this event an effort will be made to contact the owner of the project to arrange pickup or extension of the parking permit. If the parking ticket hasn't been addressed within 14 days, the project may be removed or disassembled.
