====== Out Of Hours Access Policy ======

This policy applies to all Makerspace volunteers, regardless of their role within the space. \\ \\

In the interest of fairness, financial sustainability, and safety out-of-hours access to Makerspace Adelaide is governed by the following policy. \\ \\


=== Volunteer Access ===


Volunteers will be granted access to the space during out-of-hours, providing they are: \\
Up to date on their membership remittance \\
Willing to pay the volunteer out-of-hours rate of $30/hour \\
Experienced in emergency procedures of the space \\
Able to coordinate a time with a site supervisor to gain access \\
Prepared to only be on site in a buddy system of minimum two (2) volunteers \\ \\

Any use of materials or machines while on-site will incur normal use charges. Volunteers must vacate the site before 12 midnight on any given day, and not enter the site before 6am on any given day. This may be over-ridden only by approval of Operations Manager or Site Manager. \\ \\


=== Member Access ===


Members will be granted access to the space out-of-hours, providing they are: \\
Up to date on their membership remittance \\
Willing to pay the hourly out-of-hours rate of $60/hour \\
Able to coordinate a time with a site supervisor to gain access \\
Prepared to only be on site in a buddy system of minimum two (2) people \\ \\

Any use of materials or machines while on-site will incur normal use charges, on top of the out-of-hours rate of $60/hour. Please note that members cannot be left unsupervised while on-site during out-of-hours. \\ \\

=== Casual User Access ===

Casual users will be granted access to the space out-of-hours, providing they are: \\

Willing to pay the out-of-hours rate of $80/hour \\
Able to coordinate a time with a site supervisor to gain access \\
